Pune man gets ₹6-L prescription for spouse, SBI declines to repay as lady kicks the bucket before taking it

The Bombay high court has issued notice to the State Bank of India (SBI) taking after a request recorded by the spouse of a previous representative who asserted that the bank denied to repay her doctor's visit expenses. Pune occupant Nagesh Marathe, 62, moved toward the court after the bank declined to repay about Rs6lakh that he spent in purchasing a lifesaving drug for his better half, who was a SBI worker and was experiencing disease.
